Lenka Challenge: TRX Pike With Some Kettlebells

I like to set myself a challenge on TRX to make a progress. Having been inspired by other TRX master trainers, my goal was to challenge myself on with the use of kettlebells.

TRX Pike is a hard move on its own. Once you add some kettlebells to balance yourself, you start feeling your core to be engage more.

TRX Pike is a hard move on its own. Once you add some kettlebells to balance yourself, you start feeling your core to be engage more.

You also need to really focus, therefore you mind needs to be fully focused on the move in order to prevent injury by slipping your wrist to the site.

Once you feel comfortable on TRX to do abs core moves, specially TRX pike or TRX crunch, I invite you to take it to the next level.

The good news of this progression is that you need to keep your core engaged all the time, therefore you may need to do less reps specially if you want to maintain your standards.

Don’t forget that TRX you need to earn it.
